Wife Gangbang Porn: A Texan jury has granted a woman a substantial $1.2 billion (£944 million) settlement following a verdict that established her as a victim of revenge porn.

The individual, identified in court documents solely by the initials DL, pursued a harassment lawsuit against her former partner in 2022. The lawsuit claimed that he maliciously posted personal and intimate images of her online. It was done with the intention of publicly humiliating her subsequent to their breakup.

DL’s legal representation declared that this outcome is a triumph for individuals who have experienced “image-based sexual abuse.”

Bradford Gilde, the chief trial attorney, stated, “Although full recovery of the judgment, in this case, is improbable, the compensatory ruling restores DL’s reputation.” The legal team had initially sought $100 million in damages.

Subsequent to their breakup in 2021, he allegedly disseminated these images on various social media platforms and adult websites. It was done without her consent.

Furthermore, he purportedly forwarded links to these images to her acquaintances and family members through a publicly accessible Dropbox folder.

At a certain juncture, he allegedly sent DL a message. It read “You will spend the rest of your life attempting, and failing, to erase yourself from the internet. Everyone you encounter will learn of this tale and will embark on a search. Best of luck.”

DL’s legal representatives contend that her former partner posted the images “with the intent of subjecting her to a blend of psychological maltreatment, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.”
